A community gathering at Milwood Studios
Info

A space for gathering.

We built Milwood to reflect Venice's culture — a space for the community to gather, create, and connect.

The Milwood neighborhood

A pocket of old Venice.

The Milwood neighborhood is a charming corner of Venice — four walk streets, contemporary architecture, and historic bungalows dating back to the 1910s. We're just west of Lincoln on Palms Blvd, a few minutes from the beach and the canals.

A bit of history

Named for the original Venice.

In 1905, Abbot Kinney set out to recreate Venice, Italy on the California coast — canals, imported gondolas, and all. The city paved most of them over by 1929, but a handful of canals survived, and they're still a short walk from the studio.
