There's free street parking, plus a driveway at the studio for easy load-in. Bringing production or grip trucks? Ask us about truck parking so you can avoid pulling permits.
Yes. Unit B is included with every booking: a living room, full kitchen and bathroom for talent, clients and crew.
Backdrops, lighting and furniture are all included, along with fast mesh Wi-Fi and AC and heat in the studio. See the full inventory →
Our standard minimum is 4 hours, but we're flexible. If it's the right fit, we'll make it work, so just ask.
If you book through Peerspace, Giggster or a similar platform, you're covered. If you book with us directly, we'll need a certificate of insurance (COI). Athos and Thimble can get you one the same day. Insurance options →
